Inter Guayama | March 2025

Within the framework of Science and Technology Week 2025, the Semilla Cyber ​​Foundation had the honor of collaborating with the Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Guayama Campus, thanks to the support of Dr. Rivera from the Department of Sciences and Technology.

The day included a hands-on CTF-type workshop, in which students assumed the role of Jr. Pen Test Analysts to identify vulnerabilities in systems such as Metasploitable, use tools such as Nmap, and document findings with a view to making remediation decisions. This activity not only reinforced essential concepts such as the CIA model, but also encouraged the development of critical thinking and applied technical skills in cybersecurity.
